On October 18, 2021, we received an inquiry from the customer for a 2 ton jib crane. Then confirm the parameters with the customer on WhatsApp and discuss the product details with the customer.

This jib crane is used by customers to upgrade product components and motors. We confirmed with the customer the model of I beam, as well as the drawing, and the size of the column. Since he has never imported cranes from China, we take the customer’s needs very seriously. And we try our best to meet all the customer’s needs.

After the customer confirmed all the details, the customer was quoted for a cantilever crane with a lifting capacity of 2 tons and a span of 4 meters and a lifting height of 4 meters.

After he checked our quotation, let us quote the price of 3 tons of the same specification. Then we sent him a quotation of 3 tons according to customer requirements.

After checking the quotation, the customer confirmed the price with us again. Then, he changed from one jib crane to six jib cranes total. He said that compared with local prices, the price of our products is very advantageous. Therefore, after the application of the load finance department, it was decided to purchase six units and asked us to re-quote.

The customer has never bought a product from China. We suggest for the customer that he hire an agent in China to help him deal with product transportation problems. He has his own agent in China, which can help him with customs and domestic transportation problems.

On October 21st, we received a call from a Chinese agent from a customer. The agent confirmed the weight of the product to us and facilitated their transportation. The customer said that the transportation price should be calculated. Then I told the customer in detail the specifications and packaging information.

After the customer solved these problems, we started to process our order. On October 27th, the customer placed an order with us for 6 units 3ton-4m-4m jib cranes.

Received the customer’s advance payment on October 29 and started production.
