This customer is a middleman in the UAE, and its end user is located in Saudi Arabia. Through background checks, we learned that the customer’s company is a large consulting service company with business covering multiple fields, especially the local tap water business in the UAE.

During the communication and confirmation of needs, the customer said that they also planned to cooperate with us on a bridge crane project. For the first time, the customer asked us to quote a 2t-20m hand chain hoist. After receiving the quotation, the customer expressed satisfaction and confirmed with us again the relevant material inspection report, load test report, complete material photos, warranty certificate, company business license, ISO certificate and other qualification documents. We provided all the required documents according to the customer’s requirements.

Three days later, the customer took the initiative to contact us and sent us a purchase order (PO). We scanned and sent the pro forma invoice (PI) to the customer after signing and stamping. The next day, the customer paid the advance payment through bank transfer. Since the hand chain hoist is our smallest lifting equipment, the production cycle is very short and can be completed within 7 days. Therefore, the transaction cycle of this order is also relatively short. The customer is very satisfied with our production efficiency.

After the hoist was produced and shipped, another colleague of the customer also sent us an inquiry document for another bridge crane project. At present, we are actively following up on this project and look forward to continuing to provide services to customers and further deepening cooperation.
