We have a client from Malaysia. He is a distributor in his area and he often import machines from China. This time he found us and wanted to import a fixed jib crane from our company to his client. Then we sent the quotation and drawing of jib crane to our Malaysia client.

After seeing them, the customer asked whether the quotation of our jib crane included anchor bolt. We told him there are free anchor bolts. Our client told me they don’t need anchor bolts, even for free. Because anchor bolts took up transportation space, and they can buy them locally. I understood that. Then, our customer wanted us to give a discount about jib crane. I told him that because we knew that he was a distributor in Malaysia and would definitely need large quantities, we had already given the lowest price when quoting. The client agreed to the price and asked for our bank account.

Next day, we received his payment.
