In Mid-May we received an inquiry from a customer in Germany about a wheel type gantry crane. He is a free architect in Germany and he planed to purchase one set of gantry crane used for his building.

After contacting the customer, the customer said that he would make a drawing of wheel type mobile gantry crane for us as a reference. 

The third day, we received the drawing from our client. And we found other requirements of gantry crane from the attachment.

The customer said they need us to provide two solution: one is 5 tons and the other is 10 tons. The power supply voltage is 380v, 50hz, 3phase.

At the same, we noticed several special designs on the drawings provided by the customer: Firstly, the height is adjustable. Because there are bolt holes for height adjustment shown on the drawing. After confirming with the customer, it is true.

Secondly, the customer needs a double beam, and then use it with a hoist trolley. We can do this after checking with our engineer.

So next, we calculated the prices of 5 tons gantry crane and 10 tons gantry crane and sent the quotations of wheel type mobile gantry crane to our client.

We did not provide drawing for our customer, because the drawing provided by him is very detailed, and we can completely customize them according to all requirements of customer. At the same time, we also indicated this in the quotation.

After checking the two quotations, the customer chose the 10 tons double beam mobile gantry crane. He said that the price difference between the two lifting weights is not much, so that he can lift several more at a time. In this way, our customer happily placed an order with us.
