At the beginning of October we received the inquiry for our European type wire rope hoist from Mexico. This customer is the middleman, and he planned to purchase 5 sets European type wire rope hoists to his client.

After sending the catalog of our European type wire rope hoist to him, we also asked the parameters he needs. Our client said he need 5 sets 5 tons European type hoist and the lifting height is 20 feet. The power supply is 440v 60hz 3phase. When asked about the seaport, the customer hoped that we could ship by air. But due to the weight of the European type wire rope electric hoist, the price of air freight will be very expensive. So we decided to send the quotations of sea and air freight for the customer and let the customer choose.

Another misunderstanding occurred after the quotation was sent to the client. The customer didn’t reply to my message for several days after checking our price of European type hoist. Until one day I sent the feedback picture from our Argentine customer, the customer said he decided to buy from a local supplier because our price was too expensive. Then we inquired about the local price and found that their local price is much more expensive. At this time, I took a screenshot of the quotation of European type electric hoist and confirmed it with the customer. And the customer found out that we quoted the total price of 5 units.

The customer immediately said our price was good and he liked it. Then let us send the proforma invoice with our bank information and he would pay tomorrow. And next day, we received the payment bank slip.
