New Zealand Client’s 3 Ton Mobile Gantry Crane Has Completed Production

On December 14, 2021, an inquiry from a customer was received. This client is from New Zealand.

Through communication with this customer, we learned that the actual needs of him is a 2t portable gantry crane with 4-5 meters lifting height and 5 meters span. The lifting height also need adjustable.

The customer is a purchasing manager and he told us that this mobile gantry crane is used to lift materials in their factory. We send our quotation and drawings to the customer. He confirmed to us the operation of the product and whether the hoisting system is pure electric. We replied to the customer that it was pure electric.

After that, the customer said that he wanted us to quote him the price of the 3t loading capacity with other parameters unchanged. He wants to make a comparison with the price of 2 tons. According to the customer’s request, we sent the corresponding quotation and drawings to the customer.

After that, because of the New Year, the client has not responded to our emails. Until February 1st, he replied to the email, saying that he wanted to continue 3t mobile gantry crane and was ready to purchase.

He confirmed to us whether the price of the 3 ton portable gantry crane is valid. And said that if the price changes, we need to update the quotation for him. Then we checked the sea freight again and sent him the updated quotation.

On February 5th, we issued a proforma invoice to the customer according to the his request. 

On February 7th, the client paid us an advance payment. We start scheduling production.
