First, the work area must be clearly marked.

Secondly, it must be checked whether the power supply voltage and frequency of the KBK žerjav are consistent with the conditions specified on the signboard.

3. Install the trolley, hanging wire slider or electric drive device, install the intermediate buffer, install the anti-collision limit end cover and rail end cable clamp.

4. For double main girder suspension cranes, first connect the double main girder running trolley bracket to the manual trolley, and then install the triangular plate to make the two main girder parallel and at right angles to the track.
