One of our VIP Canadian customer purchased two floor column jib cranes from us in October last year. He received these two jib cranes in December. And under the guidance of our engineers, the installation has been completed. They are already in use after the new year.

On January 20th, this customer shared with us a video of their factory and said it was working well.

This Customer has praised our professionalism and affirmed the quality of our products. He said that we had already cooperated several times, so this time their factory needed two new electric chain hoists and hoped to get our quotation.

In our in-depth communication with the customer, we learned that he needs two sets 0.5 ton hook type chain hoists with a lifting height of 3 meters.

Since we are very familiar with the customer’s industry and usage environment, we sent him the quotation on the same day.

We all know that the elektrikli zincirli vinç is a small lifting tool, and its transactions are often very fast. The next day, our customer was very happy to place an order with us. And ask us for a proforma invoice, which has been submitted to the finance department to arrange payment.

Due to Chinese New Year, January 27 to February 6 is our company holiday. We rush to arrange production after receiving the payment and expect to ship before the holiday.

January 26, today is our last day of work before the holiday, and the two hoists have been shipped to Canada.
