On October 14th, we received an inquiry about the steel portable gantry crane from Malaysia on our website. After contacting through instant chat software, he said that he has a demand for the 3 ton steel portable gantry for his own warehouse… and he wants to know more details.

We sent our catalog and working videos to him as a reference. At the same time, he sent us pictures of his charcoal furnace and he wanted to use steel portable gantry to lift it.

After understanding the customer’s usage, we asked about the lifting height, span and power supply  required by the customer. He was looking for a video on YouTube to share with us how he planned to use a portable gantry crane to lift his charcoal furnace.

But because this is our customer’s first time using a steel portable gantry crane, he does not have the experience of registering the portable gantry crane. We told our customer that importing cranes is very simple. If their country requires a supplier to provide relevant certificates or information, we can provide them. Customer said it was great.

Due to the customer still not purchasing charcoal furnace yet, and he has communicated with his charcoal furnace supplier, he plans to transport our crane and charcoal furnace together. We also agree with his idea. At this point, we have one more customer, but also a friend.
