Thailand Customer Jib Crane Transaction Case

We received an inquiry from a customer on August 22, 2022. The customer said that he needed a jib crane for his end user. After that, we confirmed the parameters of the machine. What he wants is the lifting weight of 3t, the arm length of 6m, and the lifting height of 3.5m.

The customer himself is specializing in import and export machinery business. After we sent the quotation to the customer, the customer said that he would like to see our product catalogue. It is convenient for us to cooperate for a long time in the future. Then I sent out our product catalog at the request of the client. The client then said that he would show our quotation to the end user and reply to me later.

A few days later, on August 25th, the client messaged me that they had decided to purchase this jib crane. Wish I could send him the official bank details to pay us. Meanwhile, the client said he had another client who wanted to buy a gantry crane. He will confirm the detailed parameters with the customer and then tell me to let us quote him.

One day later, the customer paid us the advance payment and then we started production. After two weeks of production, we have finished production. Now the customer’s product is on the way.

Jib crane is a type of cantilever crane, which refers to a jib crane in which the picking device is hung on the end of the arm or on a hoisting trolley that can run along the jib. And the jib can be rotated but cannot be pitched. It is a separate emergency hoisting equipment necessary for efficient automatic production lines. It is mainly composed of a column, a slewing arm, a jib drive device and an electric hoist. On the concrete foundation fixed by the anchor bolts, the motor drives the reducer drive device to make the jib rotate. The electric hoist travels back and forth on the jib I-beam.
