On 18^th Oct, we received an inquiry from our website. The client is from Uzbekistan, and they are a tender company. They was involved in a tender project of KBK crane. After reviewing our company website, the client decided to get inquiry from us and see if there any chance to cooperate.

We inquired which price term, shipping term the client prefer. And asked if they have the tender document. The client was very fast-move, and he sent us all the information we need. He told us that they have a warehouse in Yiwu and they have imported from China many times. If they win the order with our quotation, there will be more cooperation in the future.

Based on past experience, this customer is very important. And he is a potential client for us. After carefully studying the tender document, we sent the quotation and related document to the client’s Email address. And reminded him to check on Whatsapp.

The customer inquired about the delivery time of KBK crane after checking our quotation. Because they have only 22 days left. And they must guarantee the lead time otherwise they may lose the tender.

In fact, KBK cranes usually take 10-15 working days to complete the production. It is very difficult for us to complete the production within five days. But considering the actual situation, we decide to work overtime for the client. Hence, we told the client that we can make shipment to Yiwu in 5days after receiving the full payment.

On 28^th the client finally won the offer. They would like to pay via western union which is more fast for us. And then we shared the account to the client.

However, we didn’t get the payment at that day. The client told us there was some problems with bank counters. They preferred to pay via CNY if we accepted.

On 31^st Oct, we received the full payment from the client, and started production.
