In September 2021, SEVENCRANE delivered a 3-ton 便携式龙门起重机 to a Qatari customer. The lifting capacity of this crane is 3 tons, the span is 3 meters, and the lifting height is also 3 meters. The production process of this crane took 15 days and the customer is very satisfied. The transportation method of this portable gantry is by sea, and the port of shipment is Qingdao.

The customer is a local distributor of electromechanical products and owns a small warehouse. At first the customer told us that he needs a 3 ton bridge crane for loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse. We asked the customer for the photos of the crane working area, and found that the workshop does not have the conditions to install the bridge crane. The workshop had no corbels and the original column design did not allow for crane installation. We recommended our single girder gantry crane to the customer, and told the customer that this kind of gantry crane needs two rails for the operation of the crane. After thinking for a while, the customer told us that he didn’t want to spend money on plant renovation, because he might have to change to a bigger warehouse next year. After understanding the customer’s intention, we recommended the trackless portable gantry to him. After seeing the video and pictures we shared, the customer said that this is the crane he needs. In order to meet different lifting height requirements, we have designed the height of this crane to be adjustable.

After receiving our products, the customer was very satisfied with the quality and design of the products and decided to let us be his crane consultant. Moreover, the customer said that some of his customers also have crane needs, and he is willing to recommend us to his customers.
