After reading the information, the customer showed great interest, so I began to learn more about his specific needs. Based on the characteristics of the customer as an end user, he is responsible for elevator maintenance in major shopping malls, so he made special requirements for the span of the door machine: a 3000mm main beam and an additional 4500mm main beam are required. However, the lifting capacity of the 4500mm main beam is limited to 3 tons, which does not meet the customer’s needs.

In order to solve this problem, I had in-depth communication with the technical department and finally decided to make a special design for the customer, adding a reinforcement plate to the 4500mm main beam, thereby increasing the lifting capacity to 4 tons. The customer was satisfied with our solution, but asked for a discount on the price. After internal approval, we agreed to give the customer a two percentage point discount, and this compromise quickly led to a transaction consensus between the two parties.

We then sent the customer the bank information and confirmed the payment. The customer then arranged for the payment. After the payment was received, we immediately started the production process to ensure that the production task was completed within fourteen working days.

After the product left the factory, we arranged domestic transportation and subsequent sea transportation. The customer spoke highly of our professionalism and strict control of quality. This cooperation not only deepened our business relationship with the customer, but also demonstrated our company’s professional ability to treat customers and solve problems.
